  • Min 2 – Max 8
  • Class pace is slow and comfortable
  • Classes are guided in a safe and supportive environment
  • Classes consist of mat work and small props
  • Clients are required an ‘all clear’ from their medical doctor before starting any exercise program
  • Please communicate any risk factors, health issues or physical limitations prior to the commencement of the class
