Package Information

  • Packages are valid for 30 days and activate from the date of your first visit
  • One package per person, and only available to clients who are new to our studio
  • Group classes are 50 minutes
  • Private classes are 55 minutes
  • Packages may not be shared and are not transferable or redeemable for cash
  • Late cancellation *make-up policy applies for Private Classes only.
  • All bookings are done online and are the responsibility of the client
  • Payment is required upfront, via EFT or cash on arrival

    2. our Beginner Group Class
  • Intro group packages can be redeemed at ANY GROUP class at ANY TIME.  **Please adhere to group class levels when selecting a class.  Pilates is about injury prevention. 
  • Herewith the different group class options:
  • Group classes ARE NOT suitable for pregnant clients or clients requiring special attention, or rehabilitation.  You need to be injury free

Why Pilates?

The Pilates Method offers a workout that includes strength and flexibility training, as well as core conditioning.  All these exercises are low impact and can be customised to just about any body type and fitness level out here. 

The Pilates principles are quite specific with the focus on developing dynamic core control with correct body alignment and movement. These 5 biomechanical principles (breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement and stabilization, and head and cervical placement) all work together to form an intelligent method of safe and effective exercises.

Pilates truly is a complete co-ordination between the mind and body.​​

Pilates assists with preventing injuries and in order to achieve maximum results from the group class, we highly recommend that all clients new to the method start with a few supervised private classes or join our Saturday fundamental group class.  Learn to understand your body's strengths and weakness, giving yourself the confidence to get more out of your group workout.
